iPhone 3G unlock tutorial with Yellow Snow

Follow our tutorial on unlocking iPhone 3G with Yellow Snow.

First you will need to update to firmware 2.2 and jailbreak it.

• Be sure the SIM card you received with you iPhone 3G is inserted.
• Next you will need to start Cydia.
• Once in Cydia, click on the “Manage” button.
• Click on the “Sources” image.
• Click on the button “Edit” in the upper right corner.
• Press the button “Add” in the upper right corner.
• Type ” http://apt9.yellowsn0w.com/ ” as address and press the “Add” button.
• Once the source has been added, press the button “Return to Cydia”.
• Press the button “Done” in the upper right corner.
• Press on the address “http://apt9.yellowsn0w.com/” which is now in your sources list.
• Select the application “YellowSn0w” in the list of packages.
• Press the button “Install” in the upper right corner.
• Press the button “Confirm” in the upper right corner.
• At the end of the installation process, click “Return to Cydia” button.
